Radiance was first developed in 2008, as a tool to speak into the lives of young teenage girls on the Gold Coast within the age group of 13 -16 years.

It was written out of the lived experience of three young adult women who had recently journeyed through adolescence. Being members themselves of a society constantly presenting them with choices and challenges to their identity, these three women created The Radiance Program.

Now currently in its seventh year, impacting hundreds of girls in schools on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane, The Radiance Program is giving girls the tools they need to answer these life choices. By placing around them strong young women role models, who are volunteering their time to be a positive voice in each individual girl's life, these girls are having a chance to see themselves as they should; beautiful, valuable and worthwhile.
